Common questions
Do you offer rooftop units (rtus) for commercial buildings only?
Farrell Bros. serves commercial and multifamily properties across the Capital Region, NY: offices, restaurants, healthcare, retail, schools, and property management portfolios. For work at your home, contact our sister companies, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Albany and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Albany.
How fast can you respond?
For emergencies a live dispatcher answers 24/7/365 and an on-call technician is assigned right away. For standard work we schedule around your hours, often same or next day.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Always. We provide upfront pricing before any work begins and document the job with photos and invoicing that fits your accounts-payable process.
